Hi all,
Here is the situation i am selfemployed and have been for the past 5 Years, never had any problems with mortgages before, but sold my last house in 2007, and then rented for 6 months, went abroad for 11 months and now back renting for two months.
Now i need a mortgage, but what do i go for???
My deposit is £90,000.00 and need a mortgage for £100,000.00.
my figures for self employment are very low for obvious reasons, so there is no proof of income, credit rating should be good allthough have not cheked yet, can someone tell me my next port of call!!
Should i go to a broker or straight to my high street bank which i have been with for the last 16 years.
if so what sort of mortgages are available for some one in my position.
I am sure there more people like me about, and all experiances would be greatly appreiciated.
Many Thanks
