    It says £79.99 Each

Is that mean each set or each item - so £159.98 per set (trampoline and enclosure)?

I saw the one at Sainsbury for £80 as well.

Does anyone know where I can find a 12ft one with an enclosure without paying over £200?

I have a 5 and a 6 year old and we have an 8 ft one and it really is too small for them. I would not get an 8ft one for kids over 6 but we have had our 2-3 years so it has been worth the money we paid. It does say not to let more than one child one but let's be honest, they want to muck around on it with their friends and it is too small for both of my kids to be on it now. Just bear this in mind.
  • As said by topgirl you get what you pay for. I would recommend if you want a decent trampoline that will last for years go for a good make ie Plum or TP. You will notice they have better quality steel frames and springs. If you just want one to last a couple of years for the kids to mess on i would recommend a 10ft it plenty big enough. I was just got rid of my 10ft plum one which we had for 7 years. I have replaced with a rectangular one which was very expensive but my daughter competes at trampoline so having one that has a decent amount of bounce is important to us.
  • got a bigger one than that one , its great for sunbathing as well:rotfl:

You can get this cheaper at B+Q , use there pricematch , i got one for £72 using the pricematch against Netto :j and if you have one of the 10% off cards £64.80

This won't work for me. I just 'phoned of the B&Q branches and they advised me that somebody had already rung to request this. The duty manager confirmed that the Pricematch policy wouldn't apply as it's not a brand name but a generic item, i.e., B&Q's own trampoline versus any other company's trampoline. If I was buying a Flymo, Bosch, Black and Decker etc. item, then the policy would apply.

With B&Q out of the question, think I'll be taking my business to Tesco (Asda have sold out - aagghh!)...

Yes it does work as i done it myself last time the offer was on, they pricematch there own brand items against others

If you find any product even 1p cheaper anywhere else… we’ll refund the difference and give you an extra 10% off the lower price. We’re so confident
our prices in store are cheaper than our competitors, that if you buy a product from us and find the same product (or equivalent in the case of
    B&Q Brand)
available locally for less – even if it’s a sale or special offer price – we’ll not just match that price but we’ll beat the lower price by a
further 10% for your trouble. All we ask is that the lower price is generally available to any potential customer on the day that you call back, within
14 days of purchase, with a proof of purchase. Please ask in store for details.

Thanks Deanos. I 'phoned B&Q again. Apparentely to qualify for the Pricematch The following has to be complied with:

1.The item has to be on sale in the actual store of the other company who's offering a better price (not just on the company's website).
    2. The other store has to be within 10 miles of the B&Q branch that you're buying from.
    3. The other company has to actually have the item in stock at the time.
    4. B&Q need to be able to contact the other company to verify they have the item in stock and that it is selling for that particular price.

So, just a few terms and conditions then!

B&Q have told me that they're unable to get through to Netto, therefore, are unable to obtain confirmation that, indeed, Netto are selling a trampoline for £80.

Not sure I can be faffed to go through the rigmarole to be honest! Glad that you got a good price anyway.

Edit - just got through to Netto and they advised that they will be selling in store on Monday. Just had a look at OP's post and it says...Monday. Why didn't I look before?

The weight thing is important as when you get 3 or 4 kids on, it soon adds up.
We have had ours 5 years now and paid quite a lot for it. I would say get the biggest you can fit in with the greatest weight limit.
It is surprising how small the weight limit is on some of them.
It would be more surprising to the poor person jumping on it that went straight through the bed.
  • even with the 8ft trampolines there is a massive difference in the quality, if you pay £99.00 you aren't going to get the quality you get in the more expensive makes but as i said earlier if you just want a cheap trampoline to last for a couple of years they are great but if you want something to last a lot longer pay for a better quality one.
