hi guys
am 51, and am leaving my current employer after 23 years to join the police
I have a choice of taking my pension ( 8k PA + 50K lump), leaving it, hoping my current employer does not go bust, or transferring it to the police until I retire at 58. I do need some money as I have to pay some debts and my new salary is about 12k less than my current salary
I am really confused to what might be the right call
