Hi,
I have found a dream house valued at £500K. I have a deposit of £70K and am looking for a £ 430K mortgage. I earn circa £85K a year as a self employed IT Consultant. I have a limited Company which has been trading for ten years and has accounts to substantiate my income. I have an excellent credit record (I have never made a single late payment on any commitments I have).
The question is there any mortgage company who would look at offering the 5+ income multiple given my circumstances and if so who are they?
Any advice would be very much appreciated!

At 86% borrowing you have the deposit on your side as well as having verifiable income.
Now whilst over 5 times your income may seem high, there could well be a few lenders that could look at this for you.
It will depend on your whole scenario/set of circumstances as to whether they will look at this for you.
