Tesco Axes Tax On Top CD's

Just read this on page 12 of today's Sun Newspaper.
"Tesco has found a legal loophole, which allows it to sell CD's and DVD's without charging VAT. An offshoot of its online shopping site, Tesco Jersey, will ship the titles from the Channel Islands. As long as each disk is sent seperately and costs less than £18 a package, customs and excise will not impose Import VAT. It means that Cd's will be £8.99 including delivery. This beats the normal online price of between £8.39 and £8.89 plus a £1.60 delivery charge"
This means we can all order from the Tesco Jersey site without paying Import VAT. Does anyone have the web address as this was not used in the report?
