Does anyone know the email address for complaints? I placed an order for delivery last Friday, received order all complete for once, anyhow, when unpacking all the meat had a use by date of the 16th May.
I phoned straight away which was lunch time and was told I'd get a call back to arrange collection and new meat with a longer shelf life. Well as of today no phone call and I really can't get angry on the phone like I can in an email, I've not bothered phoning them other times when they've missed items off
its not usually a lot the odd pack of biscuits or bar of chocolate, I know it all adds up but I don't like confrontation:(
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I can't seem to find a "written down" email address, but if you click on this link it will take you directly to a pre-printed blank email.

I'm sure I remember reading once that supermarket pickers for home delivery are supposed to pick the longest date available on the shelf much like you would if you went yourself.
However this is exactly why I avoid online shopping for food as everything for a weeks shop turns up with two days left on the use by!Debt Free Marathon: Start 01/06/09 £16714 - Current Position £14514 - Finish Line Xmas 20100 -
"all the meat had a use by date of the 16th April"
Do you really mean 16th APRIL ??!!!! That's more than a month out of date
You need to ring them again, straight away, and point out that it is illegal to sell products over their sell-by date, and you'll take this to trading standards unless this is sorted TODAY.
Blimey, I would be LIVID.I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.

Not much help on this situation, but do start phoning when they miss items off. There is no confrontation whatsoever, you just give your details and what was was missing/ wrong, they apologise and refund. I don't mind an argument
but I honestly cannot fault the customer service team for 'no quibble' refunds. Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
