Reclaiming intrest payments after dab default

Hi

I have recently discovered that i have had a default notice wrongly issued agaist me and an going to have it changed to an "Unfounded" status on my credit record.

I have had had this notice for nearly two years in which time i have been turned down for 0% intrest credit cards which i was swithing my debs between previously before the default was served.

i am now 100% confiedent that the only reason i was unable to get new 0% credit cards was because of this default Orange wrongly issued against me. now orange have admited the default was unfounded will i be in my rights to claim back two years worth of intrest i have occured because of there error??

Would it stand up in court?? i will stand to reclaim nearly £2000.

I anyone could please advise i would be very greatfull
