Glazed Clay Pots

Not sure if this is the right place to ask... but here we go!

I recently bought a set of 3 clay pots (one frying pan, 1 normal sized pot and one massive casserole pot - both pots have lids).

These pots are all clay - glazed!

It comes with no instructions etc.

I have no idea how to use glazed clay pots and can only find information about unglazed ones in Google.

Anyone have suggestions, can they be used on a gas cooker, an electric cooker. Can the massive one be used on the hob or just oven.

How does one cook with them differently to conventional steel ones?
