Errr right now I am big time comfort eating

Glad to hear your Aunt appears ok at the moment:jMay 2013 new beginnings:j0 -
Thanks!
Comfort eating... I'm a queen of comfort eating (just polished off 3 curly wurlys :o) It just happens.
Quiet day at work, although managed to get loads of carpy stuff sorted out. But it's friday and I am planning to have a nice relaxing weekend. Currently snuggled up with the cat and contemplating a nice warm bath. Also there is a bottle of cider in the fridge screaming my name.
Debt a littls static or feels like it anyway, should have some more ebay sales finishing on Sunday and already have a few watchers.
Aiming to start dieting again on Monday... Hmm could put on a fair bit between now and then :rolleyes:Current debt - £16,300

Evening all
Been feeling really down all weekend and I just don't know why. I feel as though I'm not getting anywhere. I've not left the house today and have spent most of the day in bed... not good.
going to have a bath in a bit and see if that makes me feel any better.
Going to try and eat heathly tomorrow to see if that helps at all.

Thanks feeling better today.
I've had a very good diet day :j Even if I have been up since 5.30 this morning .
Very dramatic morning though, I woke up and couldn't breathe properly  Was talked into a Dr appointment (I was thinking along the lines of cold type thing ) and apparently I have either hayfever induced Asthma or proper asthma
:o:o, so now have full on inhaler, and a Peak flow meter. No wonder I felt like I couldn't breathe :rotfl:
I now have to keep a record of my peak flow for 2 weeks to see if its the full blown version or just a hayfever based one.
Other than that, I've had a good day, although I am tried from being up so early.

Evening all
having a bit of a poo day. Feeling all fat and horrible, really need to try dieting, but I'm struggling.
Struggling with a few things if I am honest.
Still there are things I should be grateful for:
- i am healthy
- I've not put on any MORE weight
- I have a job
- I am loved.
- I have you guys!
And these are things I need to do:
- Lose some weight
- Work harder to spend less
- pay off debt quicker.
It's just how to do these things
