Laying new floors

Just about to move house and looking to get someone to re-floor all the rooms - tiles in kitchen & bathroom and laminate the remainder.
Don't have the time to do it myself and to be honest I would probably make a sow's ear of it.
Anybody recommend someone in the ballymena area or give me a ball park figure of what i would expect to pay per metre square for this sort of work.

For tiling we have been getting prices ranging from £15 - 11 per square yard0
