The full cost to file for bankruptcy is £485. However the court will waive £150 of the fees if you are earn less than £14,600 p.a. or are on benefits...so this would reduce the fee to £335.
My salary is £15658 (full time)
but only work 32 hours a week so it says on my payslip that my yearly salary is £13400

You should speak to the CAB as these are the people who can assist with the fees and will be able to confirm whether you are eligible.0

If you are on benefits or a low income then yes, you can get the court fee waived. Phil posted the link to how it all works and there is a section that tells you how you can claim if you are on a low income and how to work it out compared to your household make up.
You would still have to find the OR fees (the rest), but if you can get the court fees waived, then its a great start!0 -

My salary is £15658 (full time) but you don't work full time so it isn't your salary.
