has anyone had any succsess in claiming administration charges from the following; littlewoods, lx direct and additions. i have had 1 succsessful claim of £204 from studio who paid out straight away, but these 3 who are all owned by shop direct will not budge. they are firmly set on not paying out. the charges are all administration from late payments and total over £1000. would you pursue the complaint with the FOS or just leave it. please let me know if you have any succsess stories from these catalogues and what action you took. thanks
