creme fresh/ mascapone recipe needed

    There is an existing thread about creme fraiche and it's uses here. You could make a bread and butter pudding with the double cream if you have some bread in the house.
    Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    You could freeze the mascarpone in spoonfulls on a plate -then drop into a bag -then they are great for just dropping straight into HM soups or pasta sauces
