A&L old loan (pre 2005)
I took out a lon in 2005 with A&L and not long had a refund, however, also had one before this (July 03).
Thinking of trying to reclaim this as well. Could someone justy take a quck look at the below letter?
Following my recent letter to you regarding my loan (account number deleted) and the associated Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), I would now like you to look into my previous loan, taken out on or around the above date.
I appreciate that the recent investigation did not cover the period when this loan was taken out, however I still believe the policy added to this loan was missold.
At the time of taking the loan, I worked as a temporary contractor through an employment agency. As this would have not have been considered a full time permanent job, I would not have been covered under the terms and conditions of the policy.
If you state that the insurance was not mis-sold, I require a full breakdown of the reasons why.
Look ok?
