chicken - snack's

I eat quite alot of chicken as bettween meals snack, generally i just grill it with some form of marinade and slice it up pop it into bags in the fridge that i can grab bettween meals, but im getting REALLY bored of cold chicken, the texture is just never as nice and it has a tendency to dry out.

I was wondering has anyone got any good recipes for chicken that can be eaten cold on the go?

    Ive done soy and garlic

    Then soy, worcr sauce, garlic, ginger

    No idea of the amounts, normaly just dribble in a bowl, chuck chicken in for a few hrs and then grill for the little fella

    I love cooked chicken in mayonnaise with a crushed clove of garlic and a sliced up spring onion.Serve on melba toast or crackers yum.
