The only people who have asked me so far is Sainsburys when I wanted to open a savings account. Will send them my OR letter and see if thats enough.
I just emailed the OR and told them I was having a little difficulty with cleaning my credit files and could they write to confirm my discharge.0 -
I just tried to search for me and couldn't find myself listed either - and I only checked a couple of weeks ago and I was there.Talking of the Gazette, has anyone else notice that they are not online anymore???
I have searched Google for a good half hour, with different variations of my name/address etc and I am not coming up at all! A few months ago, my BR was coming up as a search of the Gazette. So has anything changed with the Gazette then?
(And no, I didn't buy a copy - I have kept my local paper insert somewhere though!)

You stay forever on the London Gazette and are always searchable there. But the Insolvency Register - you are only there until 3 months after your discharge (I'll be gone in a few days!!)
The London Gazette entry used to come up when you googled your own name - but its not at the moment. I was wondering why.0
