Some advice:
I currently pay £460 a month for a 9 and 6 year old IAW court order that states £230 per child until they turn 16. Court order was dated Nov 07. Currently in FT employment with HM forces.
Can leave as i have completed 22 Yrs and will have a immediate pension paying £10,500 a yr i work that as approx £800 a month after tax.
Lucky enough to have subs savings to enable me to submit 12 months notice, leave and buy house mortgage free.
Considering leaving to contract as a Ltd Company, and pay myself £450 a month to avoid NI and then take the rest of the company profits as Dividend payments.
How would the CSA see this as my monthly income would drop to £1250 a month 20% minus 1/7th for the nights i have them would reduce my payment to £216 a month.
How do the CSA work Ltd Company Dividend payments do they take them into account or is there a level at which they are not included?

They have all sorts of sanctions they can adopt to squeeze you if they wish, no point in wasting energy trying to avoid payment.0
