Looking to Buy a 32" tv

I'm looking for a similar price tv to yourself - i found this via pricerunner and kelkoo - the LE32B450C, which is LE32B450CW on one of the sites below (i assume these are the same model tv?)
Can the tv experts chip in an opinion on this?
