I wanna : buy a cheap but decent 28inch widescreen flat TV

Hi,
My SIL is moving into her first house soon and is looking to buy a TV. She wants a 28inch flat widescreen one which comes with a stand, and preferably silver.
I've spent quite some time surfing the net but am struggling to differentiate between the different models as there are just so many. She is looking to pay a max of about £250. I don't suppose anyone knows of any good deals?

I know Tesco and Asda normally have some decent cheap one's in store. The Asda one's aren't big brand but from experience work perfectly fine.2p off is still 2p off!0
