I just watched this on TV and it looked easy ... never actually looked into how to cook thai before.
So I googled/tracked down the recipe. If you've just watched this and thought it looked brilliant, then here's the link

The two girls he was cooking for rated his 10/10 each, beating their thai takeaway meal.

One thing about these programmes is: they might beat the takeaway for price and time and taste .... but there's still all that washing up to do!
