Battery for portable DVD player

I have bought the Tech Lux Duo screen from ebuyer which is the same as the Vision Liberty Twin screen made by Sevic. I have been told by Sevic that I can buy a battery, mains cable and AC charger from them for £24.99+Vat including delivery. I was wondering if I could buy this battery etc from elsewhere for less. Anyone got any ideas? I don't even know what the battery would look like so don't know if it's interchangeable with other portable DVD players.
If someone could tell me how to get into Enhanced mode I could add links for the players.
