Problem with my globaltestmarket address details?

Options
Hi there,

I wonder if any of you have this problem with your globaltestmarket address details.

In state/province no matter what I put in, it always defaults a few days later to Northamptonshire and for city it always defaults to Lytham St Annes. Of course I dont live there, all cheques to date have managed to reach me ok as I have been able to put my city in home address 2 section, but still its a stragne thing to happen.

I have changed my password in case my account had being hacked but still the same.

  • This happened to me when I went to cash out a couple of weeks ago.

You just have to edit your address details and save them - it should save fine and you will get an e-mail from them confirming you have done this.

It seems to be a bug in their system - it's happened to a lot of people.

Once I changed the address I cashed out and the confirmation e-mail I got on cash-out had the correct address on it.

Glad I'm not the only one. I must have changed my address details about 5 times now but no matter how many times I type in Sheffield, South Yorkshire they always keep reverting back to Lytham St Annes, Northamptonshire.

I always make sure I change the address before I cash out, but I'm worried it'll revert before I receive my cheque in future.

I've told them I don't want to live down south :D

Same thing happened to me when I requested a cheque at the weekend. I thought it was just an error on my account and just edited the correct address.
