Padded fabric wall mounted back for bench

I want to buy a fabric padded headboard type back that I can put on the wall behind a bench in our front room. Plain rectangular, about 120cm x 40cm ish, padded with plain or patterned fabric.

I have looked into getting a plain rectangular double bed headboard, which would do the job, but feel I'm paying extra for all of the bed attachment bits that I don't need!

Does anyone know where you can buy this sort of thing? I think you must be able to get them somewhere, as cafes and pubs often have them on the walls behind their benches.

Any pointers would be gratefully received!

(PS I know it wouldn't be too hard to make, but time is precious at the moment, and if I can find one at a reasonable price I'm happy to buy)
