    I prefer to use the sunscreen in my moisturiser (avon botanics spf 20) and my foundation (mineral with a SPF of 25). Being a mineral it doesnt need reapplying and so lasts the day

    i'm actually off to my doctor about this problem myself, so it's useful to read this thread. Main tings i have heard so far are sun block and avoid alcohol;/spicy foods

    You do realize that the 20 in the moisturiser and the 25 in the foundation do not add up together? So you only get protection from one the last one one, not 45 altogether.

    well aware thankyou and seeing as I live in the far North - A SPF of 25 is enough. The 20 is plenty as well for the early morning dog walks with no make up on :D
