    Having spent alot of time in Thailand in the past 5 years(to much :p) Being there when Sterling just tanked and going as low as 47-48 you see before you how expensive the place becomes.

    I believe 60 to be more closer average and in my experience would be a more balanced exchanged rate.

    First time I went there it was just over 40 to the pound 2 weeks before I went for a second time they an economic crash got nearly double my money. Lived like a king for a month.

    Had the pleasure of 74. I love Thailand for sure its an amazing place for a number of reasons, @ 40 there's no chance.

    In all reality there wasn't much difference as things were much cheaper for example a beer in the centre of Bangkok was 45 when I first went doubt if you could get it for 80 now.
