Broken glasses frames no longer available for replacement?

Hi

Anyone know of any warehouse or somewhere that might stock a pair of French Connection 22 frames?

My girlfriend has a pair of French Connection 22 frames with pretty expensive, specially shaped, lenses because her eyesight isn't the best.

The handle has broken off the French Connection 22 frames and because she's had to dash to a friend's wedding, she resorted to supergluing the handle back on, which kind of puts paid to any notion of having them repaired by a specialist.

I suppose I'm just wondering if anyone here knows of any 'hard to find' frames sellers that might stock the French Connection 22 frames.

We visited Specsavers who sold her the glasses originally but they informed us that the French Connection 22 frames are no longer available through Specsavers. They also said that her expensive lenses were now rendered useless as they were not aware of any similarly-shaped frames that could hold them.

I've tried Ebay and Google but no joy so far - I have also just written directly to French Connection in the off-chance they might point me in the right direction.

Any suggestions whatsoever would be really appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
