Reliable mechanic in west / north of Glasgow

Hi All

The mechanic i have been using for about 15 years is moving away
He has recommended a guy but I found him very expensive ( more than Vauxhall were charging ) . I was hoping someone here could recommend a reasonable / reliable mechanic in the west / north of Glasgow .

I've been going for several years and they've gone out of their way for me on several occasions. Lot cheaper than dealer prices and I trust him explicitly - he's never suggested work that's not been necessary & often said that xxx can wait til next service. At least twice he's quoted me one price but when the parts arrived & cost him less he's charged me less (I'd agreed to & have been happy to pay the original price & he didn't have to tell me it was now cheaper)

I know someone that uses the people above and has had no complaints

I have been using this lot below for over 15 years with a variety of cars, including several Vauxhalls, and never had problems.
