Does any member have knowledge / experience of capital gains liability on a buy to let property that is sold and the gain is then used to buy another buy to let - i.e all reinvested into another investment property ?
I know the position if it is sold and the capital gain is kept , but I'm not clear of the liability if the profit is reinvested straight away.
