Abbey rates for current customers

I'm currently on a 2 year tracker at 0.1% below the BR with Abbey and this ends in October. Although I haven't done much research yet, I suspect I will need to stay with them as I only had 20% equity back in 2007.
Ideally I'd like a 3 or 5 year fix, does anyone know what the rates Abbey are offering for their current customers?
Thanks for any input!

I had a similar tracker but thankfully mine ran out last December and I was able to get a different tracker 1.04 above base rate. I would ring them to see if they can tell you what they would offer you now. I first phoned in August and they were able to give me trackers but not fixed until nearer the time.0

Hi, there is a pretty comprehensive mortgage calculator on moneysupermarket.com which looks at the best deals from a whole host of lenders in a variety of ways, eg: cheapest initial monthly payments, cheapest overall etc etc. Then i guess it's simply a case of contacting the lender with the deal that takes your fancy & see if you meet their criteria. Or, you could become an mp......;)0

Your timing was good ! Thanks, I'll give them a call but last time I did they said I had to wait till I was less than four months from the current tracker running out.
I started to phone on the first day I was allowed to! Spent the whole summer worrying about which way to go, ie fixed or tracker. I wasn`t going to continue with Abbey but Halifax revalued my house and the deals were rubbish as my LTV reduced. C&G rejected me on affordability. They did me a huge favour as chose a rate of 5.45 fixed for 3 years. My tracker is for 5 years and I am banking the difference so I don`t get used to the money.0 -
