WARNING MISLEADING "The List" Adventure Pass from VisitScotland

Update
I phoned the list and they confirmed that everyone who enters this competition "wins' a FREE Visit Scotland Adventure Pass which is basically a voucher booklet for money off.
The reason is it misleading is that the email states "You have won a Visit Scotland offer" and only after you have entered your name, address and phone number details does it refer to the FREE Adventure Pass.
So if anyone receives this email and doesn't want this free pass (which can also be requested free of charge via the Visit Scotland website) don't enter your details as they will be stored on The List's database.
When I advised the List staff member about this he just said "well, just don't enter your details then if you don't want it' however you don't know what it is until you enter your details!
If you are looking for discounts on adventures in Scotland by all means go for it - some of the discounts are quite good.

I received a generic looking email from The List "Congratulations! You have won a VisitScotland offer. We now require your details to send you your prize. Please enter your address into the following link..."
Very excited! However, when I entered my details it took me to a blank google screen that proclaimed "Your will receive your Adventure Pass in the post from VisitScotland shortly."
I checked on thelist website and all I can find is this http://www.list.co.uk/offer/251-win-a-luxury-adventure-break-for-4-to-the-sandy-beaches-of-st-andrews-scotland/
where it states
"(details of prize....)"Plus a FREE VisitScotland Adventure Pass for every entrant with over £1,000 worth of savings on adventure activities in Scotland
So the Adventure Pass is free anyway - so have I 'won' a free pass?? confused...
Do you think this is an actual prize or a way to get people to apply for the free Adventure Passes ?
It's my b'day today so hopefully this is a prize - fab b'day present!
xx
