Globaltestmarket - need help

I didn't know where to put this, so sorry if it's in the wrong place.
Basically, a few months ago I unsubscribed from globaltestmarket, but now I want to get my account back [as I cannot open another account seeing as it's one account per household]. Where do I go to, to reactivate my account? I've contacted globaltestmarket, but no response from them so far even though they claim to contact you within 24 hours. I've tried to obtain my password by clicking 'forgot your password' and although it says that it'll send my the details via email, I haven't had a response even though I'd tried quite a few times now.
Hope anyone could help. Ta.

If you unsubscribed and gave intention of your wish to no longer participate then your old account doesnt exist anymore. If thats the case, then you wont be able to retrive your old password as it relates to an account which is no longer in the system.
If you unsubscribed, then I dont see any issue with resubscribing now. Yes, its one account per household, but if your old account is void, then theres no conflict.0 -

Okay this is where I'm confused. Basically when I requested for my password, it got sent to me. And they finally replied, and said that my email address is no longer on their database. I don't understand this, as how can they send me my password without my details being on the database? Conflicting. And whenever I try to apply again, it keeps on saying that someone in the household is already signed up, but nobody else is signed up apart from me, so it must mean that my details are still on record.0
