nice new telly for the bedroom

I`m after a smallish telly for the bedroom as the old (free) bush has snuffed it. I`m a bit of a sony fan where tellies are concerned, my trinitron downsatirs is still brilliant after nearly 10 years. I`m not really willing to pay £250+ for a titchy LCD and from what I`ve seen the picture quality on the cheap ones is rather poor. However a couple of years ago I saw a nice small trinitron widescreen, anyone spotted one of these lately? Any bargains in the small telly line either trad telly shaped or widescreen will welcome.

We bought a 21 inch widescreen sanyo tv for out bedroom last year from asda for £109 and ive heard that sanyo and sony are made by the same people but i had a portable sanyo last me 13 years and we only got rid because it didnt have a scart socket.
