in Cutting tax
Some of you might be interested in this new website campaigning against Alistair Darling's new tax rises. There's some good information about why the tax rates might end up costing the government money and a very useful calculator showing how the tax can be avoided using gift aid.

I love the idea that giving money to charity totally undermines the government's 10% tax rise. And OMG looking at the comparison chart, how the Hell can England survive if it is charging so much more tax than other countries?0
