27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

Had a look last night in my local Asda, absolutely loads of womens clothes on rail after rail but couldn't be bothered looking through it all!!0

Thanks OP! Got quite a few bargains at my local today:Boys navy jacket 11-12yrs £12 down to £6. Boys Spiderman shortie pyjamas 3-4yrs £4 down to £2. Ladies shortie pyjamas £5 down to £2.50. Ladies 2pack nighties £5 down to £2.50. Mens checked shirt £10 down to £5. So that's a start on my Christmas shopping then!:beer:0

I got lots too (Morley, Leeds store), mainly t-shirts and tops for my 4-year-old for about £2, plus some fab jeans that can be buttoned up to make cropped jeans for £4, a hoodie (£2) and winter jumper for my six-month-old (£3) and a lovely top (£5) and gorgeous summery undies £4.50) for me.
My best bargain was a lovely knit jumper for said 4-year-old that I nearly bought last week for £4, and it was just £2 this week. :j It's just a shame there wasn't a smaller size for the little chappy.0 -
