Has any one recently got a Mortgage through RBS?
How long did it take for them to book a survey & valuation from first being given an offer in principle?
Any information is much appreciated

Will be interested in this as well. Have just ditched my mortgage advisor and booked an appointment with RBS on Monday morning to hopefully get their 3yr fixed at 3.99% deal.0

with natwest who are RBS group. It took less than a week to arange survey following application AIP0 -
We got an AIP on 23rd April, then full application submitted a couple of days later. We found out on Wednesday that our mortgage has been approved subject to valuation, and our valuation is now due to go ahead on Monday. All being well, we should get the mortgage after a couple of days after that, so end to end the process has taken about 4 weeks.0
