anyone work for b&Q?

Do we have any employees of b and q on the board????
i am wondering if the diamond discount offer (10% off on wednesdays for aop's) applys here in NI and if it can be used in conjunction with any further discount eg from a recent dennys sausage promotion that gave you 15% off anything and can be used ontop of any other offer?(i have collected this offer so have 15% to use )
I have googled it but only came up with one question where b&q wouldnt let the person use the denny offer and the last bank holiday 10% offer together becaue it was an 'event' not a discount......:rolleyes:

I Used to work at b&q until recently, I personally dont think it will work when the 10% discount comes off it wouldnt let you take any further discounts or mark anything else down price wise as you already had a discount iykwim. The only way it might work is if you give the voucher in first and the the diamond discount card even with doing this i think it will need a supervisor to authorise it.

I could be wrong though so give it a try.

yip they will let you use the 10% and the 15% together :T i was successful BUT you do need to push abit! As the denny voucher states that it CAN be used in conjunction with ANY other offer eg last week they reduced bathrooms by an additional 10%.....yey! so just force the point with the manager (boucher road one is best!)

By the way just to let you know-the bath i wanted was out of stock so they said we'll order it in for you no problem.....and tried to charge me £20 for delivery to the store!!!!!!!!!! In true MSE style i ranted enough and the lady on the till knocked £10 off my bath and £10 off the bath panel to cancel out the delivery charge...and its getting delivered to my house all on top of the additional discounts!!!!!!! it pays to rant sometimes,lol.

Thanks, Does anyone have a spare one of these vouchers? You need 2 and I only have one, and I have scoured the shops for another! Need to spend about £700 in B&Q :eek:
