    SS - I noticed on the bank charges thread that you were going to be sending your LBA soon. Did you give them 14 days notice on 1st letter? Are you doing that from the date of your letter or the day they receive it? We're at a similiar stage....

    And you didn't answer my question about 6 or 7 posts up! :p

    Sent my request for charges letter off last wednesday and I got the standard reply back saying b*gger off on the firday so tomorrow I'm sending off the letter before action. Didn't see the need to wait 14 days as they have already replied! :confused:
