Nearly ballsed up big time!

Had to send my brother some money to Ghana a couple of weeks ago, nearly £500, and put it on my clear Egg card. He gave me the cheque and I paid it in yesterday. Anyway, I'd forgotten that I'd selected to pay off my Egg card in full each month and today was payment day! £482 would have sent me flying into my OD but luckily the cheque has already cleared! :p

That was close. Phew for you!! At least you got the money back!!!

I just got my phone back, I had the drunken sense (?) at least to clear all my sent messages & dialled numbers, so I havent the foggiest who I was calling, so in an odd way that preserves me from any embarrassment.

Actually, just as I am writing an ex is calling.

    Im an idiot!!

Are you not at work today mate? xx

Whats with all the 'mate' talk, mate? ;) :rotfl:

Yeah you can delete the numbers your end but it doesn't mean people didn't get a barrage of texts! :p

    Argh! What a day!

Got an 11 page letter from Natwest's solicitors this morning! God knows what they were on about! :rotfl:

Have just finished sorting everything out though and have 2 letters to post off tomorrow morning. One to the solicitors with a list of charges and one to the court with copies!

Think they are just trying to frighten me but they've only managed to confuse me! (easily done I know. Thought I'd beat you all to it) ;) :rotfl:

Spent £10.90 tonight in Tesco on bits and crap really! Chewing gum, tissues for the car, birthday card and wrapping paper, shaving foam and a Terry's Chocolate Orange (less than half left  ) ;)

Should have a no spend tomorrow which will be the first for 9 days!
