Urgent please-Anyone got a contact at NatWest Mortgage Centre?

Hi everyone,
We need to speak to someone at NatWest Mortgage Centre in Birmingham, who can get a standard letter out for our daughter and son in law URGENTLY.
She has spoken to Customer Services but they are not looking like they will move very quickly.
Just wondered if anyone could give any help or information.

alls well that ends well as they DID help our DD that day and that must show you how FANTASTIC Nat West mortgage services are.
