Try going to a small shop near you that sells car audio equipment, avoid all the big places. It should cost around £10-£15.0

You shouldn't have to pay if it's the original radio as sold with the car.
When mine stopped working, I rang the dealer who sold the car (phone number was on the sticker in the rear window) and said the car battery had run down and now the radio was flashing the word 'code' at me. The guy asked me a few questions to prove I was a legitimate owner and faxed across the code. Free.0 -

yes, this should work.
if the dealer wants to charge you for the code, as they do often, tell them you'll cell them back and call up another dealership. you'll find one that'll give it free!

Try ringing Nissan themselves....they keep history cards for 10 years...legal requirement...so your code will be on file..
0191 4150000 .... ask for whom to speak to.
Its worth a try...!0 -
and when you get the code don't forget to keep a record of it, so you don't have to go through this again, lol ....Sam0
