Ive just joined up to clix after seeing the newsletter from MSE about surveys. I need some help though. I created my account yesterday, filled in my account details, got an email saying what my username and password were and it worked. However, today ive tried with the same user details and for some reason ouldnt let me log in? I clicked on 'forgotten password' and asked for it, tried again and it didnt work. Anyone else have the same problem? And could someone tell me how to get into contact with Clix Research i.e their email address?

lottiegirl, i somehow, got to mke it work but im not sure how lol. I just waited until later on in the day and kept trying to log in and then it suddenly worked. I found the email address to contact them but it bounced back. I've had the same problems before, just ahve to wait til later in the day when they time your session out - they're pretty useless anyways only had some bin bags off them ad they make sure they get as much info about you as tey can0
