Worred now, Halifax want to do another credit check

Options
I had my mortgage offer back in January. For various reasons, completion won't be for another 4 weeks. The mortgage offer is valid until July 31st so that's fine but the lady I spoke to said their credit search was only valid for 3 months so they will have to do another one.

I'm worried now they'll turn it down. I haven't applied for credit of any kind since they last checked and the last search on my credit file was the Halifax back in Jan, so should all be fine?

Should be fine as long as missed no payments, not changed anything in your status

No missed payments, no credit applications and no searches since Halifax did theirs in January.

Should be fine, I see no reason to worry.
