Abbey 10yr Fixed

Options
£995 fee, 4.99%

I am tempted, thoughts?

Had an agreement in principle with Abbey end of January, so hopefully it shouldn't be too hard to progress?

(More deposit now too wahey!)

I was going to go with RBS @ 5.11% with a set up fee of only £299, however that has since been pulled from the market. The abbey deal looks like my current favoutite option but I need to wait a month and a half before I am able to go for it.

If anybody knows of a better 10yr then let me know pls!

Britannia had good fix for 10 years at 4.89% but that has gone and has been replaced by new rate over 5%
