units linked endowment

I'm trying to sell my endowment instead of surrendering it. I can't seem to find a company that buys units linked endowments. Can anybody point me in the right direction, ie, possible buying companies . Thanks

unit linked endowments have a daily value. There is no reason for anyone to pay you more than that value. If they wanted 1000 units of XYZ company's UK Growth fund (for example) then they can go and buy it. Why should they pay you more for it?

Its a bit like saying, I have a £10 note in my hand, now who is going to give me more than £10 for it.

Hi we have had the same dilema in recent years and could not find any companys as you did.The reason being as dunstonh said above.If its not with profits no one wants to know.We decided to change our mortgage to a repayment so that we did not have to rely on it paying off part of our mortgage.We were lucky enough to be in this situation i hope this helps
