Well, according to the website Barclays are 'Business as Usual'.
Plenty of information and encouragement to apply for a personal loan.
Have just had a brief chat with one of their loan advisors to be told that
"They are not approving any unsecured loans at present"
Hardly business as usual!

I wondered what was up,I always had a 9k loan pre-appoved and offered everytime I logged in.There was also an offer of a pre-approved amount for an overdraft.Both of these disappeared a couple of weeks ago.0
