How much will payments be approx?

I currently pay £644.47 for my mortgage which is made up of the following payments

01 6.09% £289.92
03 2.50% £100.68
04 6.09% £10.16
05 5.54% £241.55
99 6.09% £2.16

In July the rates above (excluding 03 which is already on SVR) will revert to the SVR which is currently 2.5%. If the SVR stays at 2.5% does anyone know roughly how much I will be paying each month in total?

Therefore I will need to know what is outstanding on each part of the mortgage and what period of repayment is left.
