Browns of York I bought a bag (and umbrella) for the best price I could find on the internet! They had a 50% discount, 2 other companies had the same price, but none cheaper and all others dearer!
However when the bag arrived it wasn't the same as on the picture, although similar description, but not the one I had ordered! I emailed them and received an immediate response. We then had a discussion through the email and I ended up with a great bag at a ridiculously low price! The customer service was outstanding!! It was all sorted via email within an hour!!!
The other option was to return the bag and keep the umbrella, with a full refund for the bag and all the postage!!
Truley, I felt like I was emailing a friend!!!
If you have a choice between 1 co and another choose Browns!!!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0
