We have a self cert mortgage, which is coming to the end of the 3 year fixed rate.
The only self cert option we have is putting mortgage up around 12% per month.
Does anyone know is self certs are totally finished or are they still available.

rdk, can you provide more info about why you need to go self cert? Have you consulted an independent advisor?Kavanne
