Are self cert mortgages now extinct.

We have a self cert mortgage, which is coming to the end of the 3 year fixed rate.
The only self cert option we have is putting mortgage up around 12% per month.
Does anyone know is self certs are totally finished or are they still available.

There are some available dependent on LTV, credit, etc.
Surely after three years there shouldn't now be a problem proving your income though?0 -
