Cheap Dyson DC04

As at 7.00a.m 17/12 B&Q are selling off dyson DC04 model at £99.93!
There is another type of vacuum also heavily reduced at the same price but cannot remember model.

Hi all, this is my first post but I have used the site for months now!!
At Sainsburys in Glasgow I bought a Dyson DC07 for £98.97.
No idea why so cheap - I bought 1 for my wife and 1 for a girl at work - normal price is £229.00

This was a clearance bargain, maybe there will be more at other Sainsburys around the country??

I suspect the pricing is due to the DC04 being a mature model. that and the competition have reduced their prices.

Our DC04 of some 4 yrs old finally died recently but gave excellent performance through its life.

My only gripe is that the build quality could be more robust, still a superb performaing machine and a bargain at this price.

Incidentally we replaced it with the which magazine best buy Bosch cyclone also £99 at

This is also an excellent machine, better build quality than the DC04 imho but the wand is shorter and the wife tells me with a wand, size matters !!

B & Q Braehead, Glasgow had about 6 of these on the floor ( maybe more) tonight at 7pm.
